At Bikeano, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy. Please review the following terms carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be subject to partial refunds or denial of return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons, including:

  • Protective gear such as helmets, gloves, or pads (if opened or worn)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Clearance or final sale products

If an item is not eligible for return, it will be clearly marked as such on the product page before purchase.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at contact@bikeano.shop with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Our team will respond within one business day with step-by-step instructions and a return shipping address.


4. Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect items, Bikeano covers all return shipping costs.

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the credit may take additional time to appear in your account.

If your return is rejected due to signs of use or damage, we will contact you to discuss available options.


6. Exchanges

Bikeano offers exchanges for defective or damaged items only.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact contact@bikeano.shop before returning your order. We’ll provide a prepaid return label if the exchange is approved.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Please include photos of the damage or issue for faster resolution. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank for additional processing times.
